Upcycling Sculptor
Tim Read is a metal art sculptor who works with reclaimed steel. He derives his inspiration from nature, the unique materials he finds and his deep spirituality.
Tread Sculptures operates from Tim’s family home on the Bend of Islands with a private gallery and sculpture trail open by appointment. All work is available for sale and includes practical metalwork, fire pits, garden art and local artist collaborations.

The property is situated on the banks of the Yarra River at Bend of Islands, 30km north east of Melbourne, close to Eltham and Warrandyte. The area is 634 hectares of natural bushland combining environmental conservation with residential use.
